Just-In 7-2-13 | Mid Century Lamps, Lighting, Danish Modern, Italian, teak, OC White Industrial, laurel, Lightolier, Frank Gehry, Herman Miller John Wilkes Chiclet Sofa and Don Chadwick Chair

Well, the past couple of weeks I have not been doing much buying.  I've been trying to catch up on old projects, organizing my storage facilities, cleaning out my garage, and even listing some items on Craigslist. .  Sorry, but several pieces I purchased over the last couple of months I sold before photographing.  I have several pieces being restored or reupholstered and hope to have them back after the 4th of July.

I was able to take photos of mid century lamps, lighting and a few pieces I brought down to my gallery space to share with you.

This piece has been in my possession for several months.  It is a mid century counterweight pull down wall sconce.  The piece is in excellent working condition and is currently available.

An OC White articulating antique industrial task lamp.  Not Modern, but very functional and adds the industrial machine age decor to any modern space.  This piece is currently available.

A Laurel "style", sculptural brass on walnut table lamp.  This a stunning piece and is currently available. The lamp was re-wired.

A pair of vintage, mid-century, sculptural ceramic table lamps in maroon with gold flakes.  The pieces are in excellent condition.  This was one of my projects.  They have new antique brass hardware and are re-wired. They are currently available.

A pair of mid century modern, ceramic, blue drip glaze,  brass bass with brass spokes, table lamps.  These lamps are in near mint condition, showing very limited patina. Very cool.  They have been rewired and are available now.

A white with orange accent, Italian ceramic pottery, mid-century, table lamp with walnut base and walnut stem.  The piece is signed Made in Italy on the bottom.  Very, very pretty.   This piece has been rewired and is available now.

A vintage, brass, walnut finial, glass shade, mid-century tension pole lamp.  This piece is in great, clean condition.  The glass shades have a hint of amber and protect a brass cone shade within.  This piece is currently available.

A nice, OMI, brass pharmacy floor lamp.  This piece has a three way switch and is in fantastic condition.  It is currently available.

A stunning pair of brass cylinder, Lightolier, mid-century modern, pendant lamps.  I was real close to keeping these two lights for my guest bathroom, but decided I should start selling, rather then keeping.  These two lights are currently available.

A Danish Modern, turned teak, chrome hardware table lamp.  This piece is ready to go, but I have yet to determine a price.  Right now, it is sitting in my office for my enjoyment.  This piece will be available soon.

A vintage Danish Modern, teak floor lamp.  This piece is in near mint condition.  The shade add quite a bit of character and adds the mod ambiance. This piece is currently available.

Wow, Wow, Wow.  One of my favorite, recent finds.  This pair of vintage, Danish Modern, ceramic studio pottery table lamps have new brass hardware and have been re-wired.  The pieces have a heavy dark blue drip glaze on a custom brown and black glaze.  I love these lamps.  They are currently available.

A Frank Gehry, Easy Edges, Modern, corrugated cardboard pendant ceiling light.  For the moment, this piece is staying in my collection.  As many of you know, items don't stay in my collection for long, so this might be available soon.

A vintage, 1970's modern design, blue, Herman Miller Chiclet sofa designed by John Wilkes.  This piece is in fantastic, original condition.  On my monitor, the blue is more turquoise then it actually is.  The piece is darker in person.  This piece is available now.

A vintage, 1970's, FUN, Herman Miller Lounge chair designed by Don Chadwick.  The upholstery matches the sofa above and is in fantastic condition.  The chair is currently available.

  1. I just refinished a set of 4 of the lightolier brass pendants. Unfortunately the glass was broken out from the majority of the slits and the brass plating was bubbling off. I stripped the brass inside and out and gave it a satin finish. It's great to see these in their original glory in your picture!
