Just Listed | Red Starburst Mid-Century Rya, Danish Modern Drop Leaf Desk, Furbo Danish Magazine Rack, Morris Architectural Modern Night Stands, Mosaic Tile Round Table, Jan Kuypers Imperial Helsinki Desk

Taxes are done, now down to business.

Here are a few new pieces currently available at One & Home.  I also have several items waiting for restoration, in restoration or not yet priced and photographed.  If you are looking for anything in particular, please contact me.

Rya Red Starburst Abstract Rug - Scandanvian 5' 3" x 9'
A  mid-century, Scandinavian, abstract, starburst 5' 3" x 9' Rya rug. Rya Rugs (or Ryijy) are the traditional Scandinavian rugs made in Sweden and Finland, and word "Rya" actually means Rug.

Danish Modern 2 drawer teak mid-century drop leaf desk
Danish Modern extened teak mid-century drop leaf desk

A wonderful Danish Modern, 2 drawer, teak, drop leaf desk.  What a wonderful design and use of space.  This piece is four sided architecture, meaning that the desk can sit in the center of a room and look beautiful from all directions.

Danish Modern teak two sided magazine rack by Brdr Furbo Denmark
I have had this piece for quite some time.  I was organizing the top shelves and pulled this down. A stylish Danish Modern teak two sided magazine rack by Brdr Furbo  - Made In Denmark.

Mid-Century Architectural Modern by Morris Night Stands
Love this tables.  They are compact in width and much taller than the standard nightstand.  I had this pair in our guest bedroom for quite some time.  No more leaning out of bed to put your drink or book down. A great set for a compact room. A pair of Mid-Century night stands by Morris of Los Angeles, CA - Architectural Modern Line.

Mid-Century, chartreuse mosaic tile side table
If this piece doesn't sell, I am considering keeping it.  With so many earth tones (brown) in mid-century furniture, this table offers color relief.  This table would work great for a side table between two lounge chairs. A mid-century chartreuse mosaic tile side table

Jan Kuypers Imperial HELSINKI VANITY & DESK
This piece sold.  The day I got it in is the day it left.  However, I do want to share the design with you.  It is a simple, modern 1952 design by Jan Kuypers for Imperial Furniture of Ontario, Canada. This work of Kuypers, The Helsinki Line, can be used as a desk, or by adding a mirror, also in the line, can turn into a vanity.  A beauty.
